Are there companies that sell directories?

I'm trying to find listings of practitioners with their contact info -- specifically, names, numbers, and email addresses. I know that there are lists of professional psychotherapists/counselors listed on some major websites (such as APA, psychology today, psycinfo, etc) as well as yellow pages and city search sites.
However, those sites usually only contain names and numbers. So, I have to look up each name individually to see if that particular individual has a website where his/her email address is listed as well.
What I was wondering if there are practice directories or lists of professional psychotherapists (counselors, mental healthcare practitioners) available for sale?
And if yes, where can those lists/directories be purchased from? (Certain businesses/companies/individuals that sell them)? I'd really appreciate if you could provide links!
Thanks for your prompt reply, Neil. I did search for "list managers". I, however, did not come across any results that I was looking for, i.e. companies offering to sell directories. I was wondering if there was any one specific company name that you could provide that actually offers directories for sale? It'll help me get a sense of direction in searching for similar businesses. Thanks!

There are companies that are "list managers" who can sell you a list for practically any demographic. Do a search for "list mangers".
