Spambots on YA - Is there any SEO value to deleted links?
No doubt everyone has seen the persistent spambots from India the last month or two. Every day they post. Every day both the posts and accounts get deleted. It seems clear that they are not trying to generate direct business, or they are incredibly stupid about it.
Is there any SEO value to this, or just a waste of time? Ads |

At essentially no cost, some spam advertisers do see small revenue at the inconvenience of Millions who have to delete their emails, etc. I have seen some conversion stats., the success rate is dismal.
I have to wonder why the Answers filters don't identify a new account giving the identical answer 20 times in a few minutes time. Ads |
