how do you get internet explorer tabs back?

So I had tabs open on IE and had to restart my computer and I came back and I was about to click on the tabs restore button which would had brought them back but because of an unrelated computer problem I had to restart without being able to do it. When I came back on the option was not there anymore to restore so I lost all my tabs. Is there a way to manually get them all back?

Is there a way to back track through your page history on there to do this?

you can go on the history of tab and select you want to open.
