Im wanting to create a website but need help!!?

Well what im wanting to do is advice columns, weight loss tips and ideas. Hair and make-up tutorials. then my friends want to do a little shop to sell random stuff on it. But idk how to set up the page were it doesn't look like one huge mess or stupid. I need a lot of help please!! any help would be great and any advice on what you think i should do would be great too. =) also where should i got to make the site?? i seen so many places idk where to go and which one offers more. please help!!

Well what you want to do is a big task, you will need to learn the basics to start off so learn HTML and CSS! put them into practice with adobe dreamweaver (thepiratebay.ee) you will need to learn php/java/c sharp! Once you have made a sample website using HTML and CSS then advance your knowledge to php! Good luck !
