Marketing ideas for a med spa?!?!?!?

I am developing a marketing plan for a med spa (med meaning botox, laser hair removal, microderm abrasions, pixels, skin tightening, skin rejuvenation etc....no massages) Anyway I know to start online networking like twitter and facebook but any other suggestions would be great so I can do well with this job in such a poor economy....thanks!

Do you have a website created? If you have a basic website contact a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) company and work with them to create an online marketing campaign. This type of marketing (especially for laser treatment centers such as yourself) is extremely effective.

Also remember that SEO companies are generally small but can work on a national and international scale so proximity is not an issue.
