Can you do anything about a false negitive feedback on ebay?

I recently sold an iPhone on eBay and the guy who naughty it left negative feedback saying I didn't give him the item which wasn't true... I had a tracking number and everything so I know he got it... Anyway what I wanted to see is if there's any way to fix that? I have 100% positive feedback other then this assholes feedback which isn't even true... If he hadn't gotten the item he would've reported it, which he d of t and like I said I had tracking on it and he got it... I don't know why he left bad feedback... Maybe was trying to get his money back and the item till he realized I put tracking on it who knows?

You can't stop people from leaving negative feedback. Welcome to the real world. People are mean or do things that defy explanation.

Buyers are scammers. He left negative feedback so you would have to give him a refund so he can keep his money and the item. Of course he received the item if delivery tracking says he did. I had someone trap me like this and gave me negative feedback for no reason. I had to refund the money in order to get the feedbck reversed then they never returned the item back to me. Ebay said all I could do was call the police. Tell him to ship the item back to you and you will refund his money and ask him to reverse the negative feedback. To me that is more important.
