I am banned from a site, how do I get around it?

I am banned from a site so I changed my IP and created an account. But I still wasn't allowed to access the site. Someone told me to use a proxy but I don't know how to use them.

Write proxy sites in google and click any links you like, after visiting select any ipaddress and a whole new browser will be opened as you have,opened,now!!!

don't use free proxies! you would regret that. they are all full of malware and spyware. if you're talking about omegle, it uses a different way for banning. it identifies the CPU and give out a seperate ID for every visitor. even you change your IP you can't access it. some forums do the ban on the hardware, so one can't bypass that unless you change your hardware
