I need someone to evaluate my business idea and to help me create a website around my idea.

You have to state this as a question. You can't solicit anyone to hire here or to do it on a voluntary basis in our free time. You can ask us where to find such people or what type of company you would look for to hire for help or some names of good companies & why we might recommend them along with other comments that we might make. For instance, you could ask what qualities you should seek when hiring someone to do this evaluation. Something along those lines might be worded as a question. Hopefully, that might work. You could ask for help in the Yahoo!Answers category to find out what sort of question you could ask.
