Can't connect to internet?

It says I have excellent connection to the internet, but this stupid yellow triangle pops up and I cant do anything. I attached a few screenshots to help you understand and help me fix my problem. email me at clarkcaleb99@yahoo.com if you have a question because I cant respond on here. Ive tried iprelease/reset,and a few other things. I don't know what to do.
well I AM connected to an access point. ive restarted it several times and nothing works. it is only with this pc too. Any network I try to connect to, I get the yellow triangle

According to that screen shot, you don't have a connection to your local network at all, so how can you have a connection to the internet?

What does the yellow triangle tell you?

You're asking us to trouble shoot your entire internet connection when we have no idea if even your router is working and has an internet connection in the first place.
