I cannot connect to the internet after installing virtualbox. Help me please?

I cannot connect to the internet after installing virtualbox. Help me please. My network name changed to network 2 and an "unknown network" appeared. I have disabled the "unkwnown network" but still no internet connection.

I also uninstalled virtualbox but still i have the same problem.
What should i do now?

sounds like it changed your tcp/ip settings.

right click on your network 2 and click properties, click internet protocol (tcp/ip) then click properties. then select "Obtain an ip address automatically" and also choose "Obtain a DNS server automatically"

click ok then ok again and try going to a website
