How to stop feeling insecure if no one likes my status on Facebook?
It's not like only me that feels insecure but people around me make me feel insecure... for example my brothers or friends will actually make comments like they pity me or something. Today I posted a pic of a dress i want to sell and no one has liked or commented, and my older brother tried to give me "pointers" to get people interested. It really offends me cos i feel like he's looking down on me, and I'm sure if he is, other people are probably thinking "gee no one has liked her status she must be hell loner" it's really embarrassing. I don't know how it's come this and why Sad it really sucks. And yes i am kinda unpopular cos i barely socialize and most of the people on my facebook are old friends i dont speak to anymore.

don't put a status? then there's nothing to like - or not like.

you really shouldn't get insecure about that though...

Social media has really messed up people. That shouldnt be something you care about. You should be concerned with real life not whats on a screen.

Seriously, why would anyone 'like' or comment on a picture of a dress you are trying to sell?!?
Trying posting funny things that are worth liking or commenting on.....Failing that...Just close your Facebook account and join the real world

If you care so much about Facebook then maybe you need to get out more.

Delete your Facebook account. Facebook is a place where people just brag how wonderful their life is, but the truth they hiding how miserable it is. Don't feel insecure. They are lots of things to do rather than letting Facebook dictates your social life.

You know what makes me crazy I post a great answer so it's two pages long then this message pops up post failed. Anyway I had to see if anything posted. How do I make this short. many of us live in a negative state of mind we like to project into others what we think they are thinking. I just can't answer in a few lines. I spent many decades in show business
But these people won't let me say what I need to say so maybe this will work
We all have insecurities even Elvis
