what kinds of tags? HTML tags for like.. bold and italics and color and what not? cuz if so, just look up HTML on the internet there are tons of tutorials. there are also javascript tutorials, which interacts with HTML. I like w3schools.com , but its everywhere. To make it work, youre going have to access and change the source code. you can see this by right cliking anywhere on a page and picking "View Source". hope this helps!
