Problems with a facebook page?

I am helping my mom's friend with her Facebook page. I don't know what she did to it, and she can't remember, but every time she or I tries to log in, we're met with a "Create an Ad" page and can't figure out how to navigate away from it. Anybody know how this happens and what can be done about it?
If I click on the FB button, it simply returns me to this page.

Just click on the "facebook" word on the top left hand corner. It should redirect you to your facebook home page
