Why are directioners following me on Tumblr?

It's weird, and I have no interest in following them back. I hope they unfollow me because I do not post anything about one direction, I hate one direction. On my tumblr I post about KISS, Lordi (Finnish rock band and don't you dare confuse this with the teen singer Lorde from New Zealand), Megadeth, Ghost (Swedish doom metal band), mass effect, Transformers, and some other cool stuff that I love. Why on earth would they follow me? They don't post things I love and is there a reason for this? (I don't spend every spare moment of my life on tumblr I'm just wondering why......unless their reason is they like the same stuff as me but never post about it.)

Just because they're directioners doesn't mean they hate everything else!
They probably like the same things you do, but they 1) don't post about it because their blog is dedicated to 1D or 2) have a side blog that they post your stuff on.

Either that, or they might just be trying to get a follow back.

Either way, it's harmless, and there's no need to judge them or anything.
