Write unique and fresh content to your site. Design your site relevant to what costumers are looking for rather than for search engines it will really help in increasing you ranking alot rather than if you have a lot of keywords in your site and it is basically designed for search engines.

do not copy the content from other sides...use original content means write it ..Google takes a duplicate content as spam..

every body needs good visitors or returning visitors for these they are posting their links blogs and websites, blog commenting, Forums and classifieds. some of them doing Guest Blogging also. here What is Penguin Algorithm and what it is looking.

penguin algorithm is web spam, it's looking bad quality spammed backlinks and anyone cross the Google Webmaster Guidelines it will punish them. what ever you want to just do the white hat SEO, don't go for black hat seo. and there is no SEO Softwares for Penguin algorithm.
