What Internet options do I have when my apartment complex only allows their service?

My apartment complex only allows bloom broadband internet service, which is terrible! I have asked them what other internet service providers I can go through. I was told that bloom broadband is our only option! The internet is slow, my service always cuts out during peak times, and to top it off they have a cap where I can only use 250GBTS a month, and that is there highest package! I never had a cap at my last apartment, where I was able to purchase service through comcast. For someone who uses netflix often, this is a huge problem. Are there any wireless providers that I should consider who don't put caps on how much internet I am allotted each month?

You should also be able to use the phone company such as ATT. Try calling them and seeing what service you can get. Some apartments though do not allow anyone access to the property. Everyone caps wireless service.
