ebay newbie question!!?

I just signed up for ebay, did the pay pal stuff and put my debit card info. I placed an item for sale, but im so confused!! whats the next step??? How do I know someone wants to buy it so I can ship it? More like how do they let me know or notify me that someone bought my item so I can ship it that day...??? thank youu

You'll receive an email with that information once it has been sold. People don't need to inquire to buy your item, they simply buy it and you will receive the shipping information.

DO NOT ship anything until the buyer's money is in your PayPal account. Don't forget to
add shipping and handling costs to their invoice.

I hope you created the listing properly. You have a listing up for however many days you indicated. People bid on the item. At the end of the auction someone wins the item. You send an invoice which you will find under More Actions on your Sold Items su mmary. You wait for their payment. You make a label on Ebay or Usps website or by hand.You find a box somewhere. You go to the post office. You get delivery tracking number. You dont ship it until they pay you. That can take one day, one week or never.
