how would you open a store like house of fraser?

i not saying i would ever do it. i am just curious to know how you would do it. would you just buy some items like clothes and perfumes and when you make money just expand?

Like any new business really, you would need to create a business plan with forecast profit/loss to show how the business was going to perform. Regarding the details of buying/selling particular goods - well retail is all about that, and merchandising and teams of fashion buyers are real skills and assets to such an organisation.
