why cant people see me on omeagle?

i click on the box that allows omeagle to use my microphone and camera, my picture comes up at the bottom and works fine but when i talk to other people there screen is black and they say they cant see me, how do i fix this?
its omegle not omeagle sorry

have a look in your actual microphone and camera settings on your computer and see if you see something in the settings checked or unchecked ;]
