Should I get the Nokia lumia 1020?

I'm sick of the iPhone I had a 3GS then I got a Samsung s3 then I got the 4s the iPhone only has nice apps its still the boring same old thing and is WAY too overrated and I wasn't a fan of the App Store on the galaxy I just wanna try something different I'm aware that the lumia 1020 has an awesome camera I take photos a lot but the App Store on the Windows is very limited and is growing but does it have Instagram?? Apps is putting the cart before the horse some apps are just shortcuts in 2 years I have less than 30 including The Weather Channel.
