Downloading problems?

I go on to my computer and start to download tungbu.(A way to get free apps on ipod from computer). So I go to the website and press the download button. It asks me to run the program. After I says download was transferred to free download manager. Then a sign pops up saying:

''Free Download Manager is not properly installed! Please install Free Download Manager
If you want to download with you browser please remove npfdm.dll file plugin directory of your browser
Error code 80040154
please help. Thanks in advance

You're doing it wrong.

Make sure all the cable are plugged in modem and computer.
