I REALLY need website help!!!?

Okay so I have this website and it's a fan site but it's interactive.
I get emails and I have to do everything manually and it sucks away so much of my time and it's very annoying. I would be so appreciative if someone could PLEASE help me.
So my site is a warrior cats fan-site and on the site you register as a cat telling me your password, who you registered as, etc. I get the email manually and I have to manually type up a email with a activation code and send them one by one. Also on my site you can buy items and they appear in your account. But every time someone buys something with the virtual currency I have to manually come on and add it, and I also have to do this when they earn their currency.
So what I basically want is something that will
1) When you register they send you a automatic email with a automatic verification code and then they type it into a page and their account is activated
2) They are able to log on to their account so they don't have to repetitively keep typing in their username/password
3) Items/currency is automatically put in their dens and other features

If anyone could please help I would be so thankful I spent hours of days just sitting on the computer editing and I would be SOOOOOOO happy, you don't even know how happy I would be So can you take a look and give me advice/codes/web pages to where I can create this, or something that will help. I know you have to use .PHP code but I just don't understand all of that and I don't have time to spent hours studying it. Please help I will be extremely grateful

Looks like you may need a fair amount of custom javascript, etc. which could get expensive.

There are a lot of cheap competent programmers available on freelance marketplaces like odesk.com or elance.com, you would put up a project for bid, much like the description above, I hear a lot of the serious programmers are in east europe, russia.

An alternative may possibly be switching to the Wordpress CMS which has a galaxy of plugins to add functionality, I'm sure you could get the account management automated with wordpress, though your specialized functions might need to still be custom coded, something like 17% of the top million sites are wordpress based, consequently there are lots of coders who know how to create custom plugins.

First, get rid of the "enter your email" to enter the page function/app! It doesn't work anyway? One, just has to hit the "cancel" button, which is the only way out and the home page magically appears? No interaction necessary?

I suggest you take your site and put it into a free wetpaint site, they are so much easier to do!
