What are the limitations and benefits in .co.in websites as compare to .com websites ?

I has developed a website and want to host on .com domain but its already registered,so i'm migrating towards .co.in. or .in or .co .Is there any limitations in all these domains as compare to .com website.

No limitations except it may confuse visitors since the standard domains usually are .com, .net and .org. However if you're trying to target people from your country .co.in litterly means a domain from india.

There are no limitations on using .COM, .CO or .IN domain.

The major difference between these all, when you type a website name then you always try to choose with .COM domain.

Like: When you type yahoo in browser and press CTRL+Enter

Then it changes the domain in full address: http://www.yahoo.com/

This the basic practice from everyone.

So, try to get always .COM domain.

No Limitation between .in and .com just define standard only

No limitation you may use any one of them .com or .co is generic top level domain known to whole world where as .co.in is country code domain it is specific for country like .in and co.in is for India .au and co.au is for Australia Its depend on your target location .If your are targeting it to India only you may go for .co.in as it is good for seo point of view other wise you may go for .com(commercial) or .co (company).
