Can I use this $21 to buy stuff on ebay?

A couple of weeks ago my mother paid 21 dollars for headbands on my ebay account for headbands but it said not paid (the sale has been cancelled because i didn't pay for it in time) and now there is 21 dollars sitting somewhere.

Please answer quick because i already bid on stuff!

I don't think you can, when you purchase item's it's going to go to your paypal not invoice.Those invoices are specifically for bills.Almost like taxes.
