how to suspend a twitter account that has thousands of followers?
me and dozens of my friends have blocked the account and we even have sent a twit to @support with a request to suspend the account, but it seems this does not work, the account is still active and spreading slander to our group

Twitter suspends all the accounts with suspicious activity. You need not to worry about it. It may take some time.
