It seems to sneak it's way back and without asking for the user's permission to become the default search engine. Does anyone else have this problem and find it highly irritating?

You have some form of malware on the machine that's reinstalling it.

Run scans with 'Malwarebytes Antimalware' and 'Superantispyware'.

Also get ccleaner and check the start-up programs for both Windows itself and your web browser(s) via it's tools tab.

Do you have $1 in your Liberty Reserve?
If so, you can use $1 to turn into thousands in one month.
No extra cost! Just $1 is all you need to join.

As it is getting harder these days to earn an income online, we decided to create this program to enable everyone to earn over the internet from the comfort of their own home and to have the possibility of gaining a source of steady earnings. We do not offer millions within a week or a complete financial independence. We do believe though, that with people helping people a very nice source of income will be generated. If you put a lot of effort into this, you can reach the goals that you set for yourself.

Let me know if it helped
If not then you can try a manual removal
