how long do people wait before creating a new account on facebook?
my cousin's facebook was deleted by facebook. in the past, he allowed his sons to be on facebook and lie about their age when they're only 9 and 12 years old and facebook deleted their accounts and one of them made a new account with their real birthday. my other cousin allowed her daughter to be on facebook and her account was deleted and she made another account using a fake birthday.

how long do users have to wait before they make a new facebook profile?

I wonder why they are opening facebook account at that age. I think with new facebook policy they will have to wait till they are 18.
