How can i enable "Active Desktop" On windows 7 or How can i make a web page my desktop wallpaper?
I would like to set a web page as my desktop wallpaper and i found out i need to enable active desktop, How can i do this on windows 7? If there is another way i can set a web page.

Two words: SECURITY HOLE.

I know that's not the answer you're looking for, but Active Desktop is a security risk. Active Desktop has been replaced with Gadgets since Vista. To activate them, right click on the desktop and choose Gadgets. Just drag them out of the Window to your screen.

Maybe the only way it to do it with an addon application such as wallpaper web-page. It replaces your desktop to be just like active desktop worked on windows 7
