I have a good friend that does them. Hes a contractor for appstream. he does them pretty cheap($600) but u still have to pay the monthly fee. They usually charge u about 5000 to make them and u have to pay monthly..His names Ron...his work number is 7025426020 m-f 8-5pm doesnt matter where or what ur business is.
