Does the Samsung Galaxy have gifs?
I might get a Samsung Galaxy, but before I get it, I want to know if it has gifs, like you know on tumblr, moving pictures, and has it got instagram as one of the apps you can purchase?

You can get live wallpapers that are gifs and download gif pictures too!
Yes, you can get Instagram from Google Play, the appstore
