Facebook and friends question?

I find that Facebook people make friends with all sorts of people and don't seem to care. They ad friends of friends and don't even know anyone. That's how I was told to make friends on Facebook, but I only have the odd relative on. What I'd love to have is people with similar interests or enjoy posts and pictures and poems, and just a nice hi, or how are you. I don't chat, but, I do like posts and shared pictures of cute animals or funny things. I'm just wondering how others find good people on Facebook.

It sounds like you need a pen pal or something. Trust me facebook is not the place for chatting strangers its for family and people you know. If your looking for people you do know and can't find them that would be the thing to do.

Hi Karin, if you don't us Facebook to chat , and whiling to just share your interests with other people, i suggest you to use Google+ social network , you can add people to circles that share the same interests ect... i'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it.
