Will twitter kill facebook ? ?

I think, for about 1-2 years no one can compete with Facebook.
Its not just my view but many surveys around whole world had said it..

I really don't believe twitter will ever catch on so much to replace Facebook. To people in the UK and Ireland, Twitter is really only a means for celebrities to communicate with their fans.

Normal people dont seem to want or need accounts as they don't feel the need to be updated on the trivial lives of famous people. Whereas facebook is a means of communicating and keeping in touch with your actual friends ( in most cases anyways..)
