Can't uninstall Amazon Cloud?

Whenever I restart, a window comes up that say's "Amazon Cloud Drive Setup". When I try to uninstall it, it says I need to be logged in as an administrator. When I log back in as an administrator, the window doesn't come up, and if I go into the uninstall programs, it is not there. How do I get rid of this?

Do a system restore to a date well before the installation of the program or the attempt to do so. Clear your cache. See if that helps. If not, you might have to take it in to the shop for that.
