How to remove myself from peoples contacts on twitter?

Ok so like on twitter they always give me a who to follow list of people from my contacts how do I prevent myself from being on people's list if my number is in there contacts? (Sorry if this is confusing)

basically don't give twitter any personal contact info that could be used to make a contact list (ex. phone number and email). for your email check the "don't allow people to find me by email" or something like that and you'll be fine
