What happens if you put a misleading title on your ebay item?

e.g genuine iPhone headphones but the fake chinese ones

Two things will happen:

1. As soon as the buyer finds out they are fake (after he receives them) he will complain to eBay and return them to you for full refund including his postage. You will have to give him back his money

2. eBay will then warn you about selling fake items and about your dishonesty in describing the item and will then ban you if you do it again.
