Help! Instagram blocked!?

OMG I'm freaking out right now i need major help! I was just commenting on photos of my friends on instagram when a little pop up came up saying "your account has been temporarily blocked from using this action. It may expire a year from now." OMG so does this mean i cant comment for a year?! Or will this go away by tomorrow help!! When i post a picture it doesn't let me write in the description either!

They thought you were spamming instagram. Contact the admins and ask them to unblock you.

Ok mine got fixed i dont know how it fixed but an hour later i tried commenting and it worked when the pop up came up i press "mistake" and told them why so i guess thas how mine got fixed but yea BEST OF LUCK to those who are still having problems i wish i could help you guys but i dont even know how mines got fixed.

Did you contact them saying it was an error? I did like 5 times. I hope mines starts working again like yours did. ((
