It depends on the company -- many work on commission and some have a benefit package but that is very hard work mentally -- you first have to learn to work with repeated rejection that comes with a call center culture -- You know how we can treat telemarketers!!!!

Telemarketing jobs are tough as I have done a job in such a firm i used to do cold calling and got rejections 90% of the time people don't even talk but if you have persuasive attitude you can get sales. it all depends on how much sales you can get if you're good at that you can easily be a part of such company
