Is redbubble a reliable site?

So I live in Germany and on http://www.redbubble.com i've found a nice case and hoodie that i'd really like to order. The items are quite pricey and I don't know if it's a reliable site, so then I pay and it'll never get here. Does redbubble also avoid customs? And how long does it take to deliver the things? (it's after xmas so i thought it would go faster than before xmas when everyone is ordering things as presents)
