So instagram logged me out and reset ny password and I cant log in. Of course I used a fake email but my real number and I sent the link to my phone but it wont let me click it! And I cant make my fake email because it wont let me. What do I do? Please some one help me! Take the link that they sent to your phone, and type it into your web browser on your computer.

Also, to prevent these issues, it is easier to just created a new email account instead of using a fake one.
