Is the situation that I'm in bad?
Is this situation here bad?- Okay...I know people hate reading a full article of details but here is my situation. Pretty much all my life I feel like I am not normal AT ALL. the reason I feel that way is because I feel like i don't have a normal social life. Everyone around me that i see is either texting someone or having a normal social life and I am constantly at home. I don't go out with a bunch of friends to social events because I only HAVE 4 friends in total and only one of them is someone i hang out with outside of school. I know i have the 4 friends I have but at times I feel like I have NO friends at all. I don't text, I feel like I don't have a normal social life, and my conscience bugs me (basically my conscience or brain or what ever is basically making excuses but they are not true..but I won't get into that right now) . I'm constantly at home when my brother is constantly out having a normal social life and all i have is 4 friends and I only see them in the morning. For the longest time I have been pretending it doesn't KILL me but it does and i feel like i'm at my boiling point b/c lets face it...i DON'T have a social life. I've never been able to have much of a social life . am i NOT NORMAL? because i feel like I am no where near normal...i feel like this is NOT normal for someone who is 17. This is killing me and I doubt anyone out of 6 billion people in the world could possibly be like me but I need someone to answer my question. is this BAD? is it BAD to not have a social life and only have 4 friends?

I feel you are putting too much significance on 'friends' and social life.
More than 1/2 the people out there don't have many friends....(or social life)
Stop worrying about it and join a walking/hiking group and see what happens.

Nope, not at all. Do not think that the key to life is having as many friends as possible, that is just something that Facebook and all those social media sites are trying to convince people. That is not true. Don't think that having very few friends is a bad thing. Are you shy? Have you tried making other friends at school or something? Try to put yourself out there more, and you'll probably find more friends. So what you don't text? I am literally addicted to my phone because of texting. I admire those in my class who still don't have a cellphone, I really do. I think it's so cool that they haven't gotten sucked up into the social media. I have this cool friend who doesn't have a cell phone or any social media account, besides her school email. Because of that, she plays a lot outside and is so artistic and creative (she's thirteen). Don't worry, you still have a lot of life left in you and I can assure you, you will find a lot more friends in life. Promise.

The treatment of athlete's foot can be divided into two parts. The first, and most important part, is to make the infected area less suitable for the athlete's foot fungus to grow. This means keeping the area clean and dry.

Occlusive shoe materials, such as vinyl, cause the feet to remain moist, providing an excellent area for the fungus to breed. Likewise, absorbent socks like cotton that wick water away from your feet may help.

Powders, especially medicated powders (such as with miconazole [Lotrimin] or tolnaftate [Tinactin]), can help keep your feet dry. Finally, your feet can be soaked in a drying solution of aluminum acetate (Burow's solution or Domeboro solution). A homemade remedy of dilute white vinegar soaks, using one part vinegar and roughly four parts water, once or twice a day as 10-minute foot soaks may aid in treatment.

The second part of treatment is the use of antifungal creams and washes. Many medications are available, including miconazole, econazole nitrate (Spectazole), clotrimazole (Lotrimin), terbinafine (Lamisil) sprays and creams, and ketoconazole shampoo and cream (Nizoral), etc. Ask your health-care professional or pharmacist for a recommendation. Treatment for athlete's foot should generally be continued for four weeks or at least one week after all of the skin symptoms have cleared.
