Ebay Payment Question?

I sold something on ebay a couple of days ago.The person paid but I havent shipped it out yet.The money is in my paypal account but it says pending so I cant move it to my bank account yet. It says it could take 21 days but will it really take that long to get the money.If i ship it out will I then be able to move it to my bank account.I have sold ebay before but I cant remember how long it took.

Once you get funds into PayPal you should shipped. The other side has sent you money and he doesn't care when you will move it to the bank. You can do this movement after month or even after year.

This is because they paid with a check and you need to wait until the check clears. Paypal will send you an email once the check clears then you can ship
