How to deactivate obnoxious ads???

I've found out how to deactivate these obnoxious ads, which now pop up on EVERY website I go on, but it still won't let me! I've been clicking on the green button with no results. I've tried clicking and dragging the "switch" on the green button. It just won't let me deactivate it! I NEED THIS GONE. I NEED IT GONE NOW. PLEASE HELP.

If you have Chrome or Firefox, download AdBlock. It'll block ALL ads and popups.

And I'd run a computer scan with your antivirus (Avast is the best free one). That might also be your problem.
