What information or things could you put in an Event Planning Blog?

Hi i want to start an event planning blog and i was wondering what sort of things i would put in it.( I also want to create an instagram page ) I've done some research but i couldn't find anything useful... Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks.

Professional photo/video shoot catering

Set designing(car/home)

Bridal Grooming & Lighting Sound System with Disc Jockeys.
