i can only watch some videos. i used to be able to watch anything. what happened?

Did something get turned off what am i supposed to use to or view videos

what operating system do you use?
try to download a full codec like k-lite codec pack and install it. it usually checks your video codec and let you know what you need and restart your system codec to compatible with its own media player.
