Hiding my status from some friends on facebook?

If I hide one of my status on facebook from someone and someone else comments on it who is also friends with the person I'm hiding it from will they be able to see the comment or nothing at all

No, if a status , photo or shared link is set to not show to a certain person, they will not be informed even if a mutual friend comments or likes

It is a Facebook default feature to be notifying everything to your friends. So try to be making some setting about your post notification in setting panel area.

To set all your status setting just goes to in your setting panel and then in privacy option, you can easily set privacy on your current status.
