Blocking someone on facebook but for some reason I see them?

A blocked a user on facebook

in the photo of someone elses page, that blocked user was tagged. I could see their name, but their name is not highlighted (so i can click the link for their page), but their name was there

so i was wondering. if i blocked someone and im tagged on someone elses photo, can that blocked user see my name on that photo's description? even if they cant click on my page? Because that would indicate I blocked them, and they would know

Blocked person not able to see your profile, comment, likes on any page if you are tagged into same pictures then your all comments, like on that picture is hide from him. That person not able to see your any kind of activity.

The blocked person will be able to see your name, but won't be able to click it.
