You are describing what millions of affiliate marketers are doing, typically for around 15% of the sale price. Setting up an affiliate program that effectively employs hundreds or thousands of marketers is another way to go. You can't stick ads on a site without administrator access, ads can be bad for the sales of a business, kind of cannibalizing your own customers. The site could use some refinement, including more photos on the front page. For you to get credit for sending prospects, some affiliate tracking software would be installed that tracks sales back to the affiliate that delivered them with a link like: keyprogtools.com?aff-5637

The site is offering very specific solution that probably has relatively little competition, Google Adwords can deliver some of the best qualified prospects, to get the best ad prices the landing page has to earn a good quality score by having certain standard links like terms and conditions, privacy policy and content that matches the ad text. There is a first time user bonus, they may currently add $100 to an account that invests $25.

To make money from a website, you will need to change something on the site. That means going to the guy to maintain the site

If you will earn money by advertising, that basically means you will put ads on the site. You will then earn either through number of impressions or number of clicks. This entails adding your advertising agency's code on the website so they can track your impressions, clicks and other metrics. Whether you use Google Adsense, Kontera or any of the banner ad networks, you will need to add in the code

Same thing with Affiliate Sales, where you sell something from a merchant and you get a commission sold. That means putting in the code that will allow you to show the product and allow the merchant to track any activity from your website, including sales

I checked your site. Is there a reason why the site has 20 or so different fonts on the homepage? It's very distracting, and frankly, looks unprofessional.
