Anything that requires you to pay up front ($45) to work is likely to be a scam.

Any site claiming to pay out 100% of what you generate is an obvious scam. If they pay out 100%, there is no money left to run the business. Scammers think this looks impressive, but it actually just looks stupid and illegitimate.
