How can I move past Book 1, Ch. 4 on the Pottermore storyboard?

On Pottermore, I'm currently working on the Goblet of Fire, but my storyboard won't let me go past the Keeper of the Keys . I keep trying to click on the arrows, but my storyboard won't move. How can I fix this?

I would try accessing the moments from the main "Map" page (click on "Pottermore" at the top of the screen). Alternatively, your screen aspect ratio may be blocking part of the site (that happens sometimes with me, as the site is designed for widescreen monitors). It's not a huge deal though; just zoom out of your browser to reveal the hidden sections (ctrl and -).

If neither of those work, you can try this direct link to the next moment: http://www.pottermore.com/en-us/book1/chapter4/moment2 . You'll need to log in for it to work. From there, if it's still not working, you can replace the book, chapter, and moment numbers in that URL, and hopefully that'll work.
