Firefox won't work! Please help! Urgent!!?

Ugh! So, I was watching a Youtube video on my laptop, using Firefox. It was on one of those stupid ads and the ad froze. I'm like," Oh, great." I waited for it to unfreeze itself, as it usually does. But it didn't. The whole Firefox system froze up. I can't get into task bar or even get into anything! I can't even go into it! When I click the little thing at the bottom of the screen to open it, it won't open. I really need to use it, because it works better than Chrome. What can I do? I'm 14 and I can't download anything on my computer to help fix it... everything else is fine on my laptop.

I can't re-download it, because I can't even get it off... plus I'm so stupid when it comes to computers.

Just de-downloas it and download i again.

try restarting your computer.

if that fails, uninstall ff and download a new copy.

don't restart your pc in the future, just end the problematic process like this:

CTRL+ATL+Delete
opens the 'Windows Task Manager'

then select the process - like firefox in this case and click "End Process" button
